নওয়াজ শরিফ ক্ষমতাচ্যুত হওয়ার পর এখন রাজনৈতিক ডামাডোল চলছে পাকিস্তানে। সীমান্তের ওপারে ফের সামরিক অভ্যুত্থানেরও আশঙ্কা করছেন অনেকেই। এই প্রেক্ষাপটে পাক রাজনীতির মূলস্রোতে প্রবেশ করতে চলছে মুম্বই হামলার মূলচত্রী হাফিজ সইদের সংগঠন ‘জামাত-উদ-দাওয়া’ (জেইউডি)। এই ঘটনায় উদ্বিগ্ন ভারত। পাকিস্তানে যাতে হাফিজ সইদ বিনা বাধায় সন্ত্রাসবাদী কার্যকলাপ চালাতে না পারে, তা নিশ্চিত করার বিষয়ে আন্তর্জাতিক দায়বদ্ধতার কথা ইসলামাবাদকে স্মরণ করিয়ে দিয়েছে নয়াদিল্লি।
গত মাসেই পানামা পেপার কেলেঙ্কারিতে পাকিস্তানের সুপ্রিম কোর্টে দোষী সাব্যস্ত নওয়াজ শরিফ। সেদেশের শীর্ষ আদালত জানিয়ে দিয়েছে, নওয়াজ শরিফ পাকিস্তানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী পদে থাকার যোগ্য নন। এরপরই প্রধানমন্তীর পদ খোয়াতে হয়েছে শরিফকে। শুক্রবারই নতুন প্রধানমন্ত্রী হিসেবে শপথ নিয়েছেন শাহিদ আব্বাসি। কিন্তু, সেনার প্রভাব ছাপিয়ে তিনি কী পাক প্রশাসনের হাল শক্ত হাতে ধরতে পারবেন, উঠছে প্রশ্ন। এই প্রেক্ষাপটেই এবার রাজনৈতিক দলের নাম নিয়ে পাক-রাজনীতির মূলস্রোতে একটি জঙ্গি সংগঠনের আত্মপ্রকাশের সম্ভাবনা তৈরি হয়েছে। পাক রাজনীতির মূলস্রোতে প্রবেশ করতে চাইছে জেহাদি সংগঠন ‘জামাত-উদ-দাওয়া’ (জেইউডি)। এই জেহাদি সংগঠনটির প্রধান মুম্বই হামলার মূলচক্রী হাফিজ সইদ। জানা গিয়েছে, রাজনৈতিক দলের তকমা পেতে জেহাদি সংগঠনটির নামও বদলে ফেলার পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছে। ‘জামাত-উদ-দাওয়া’ (জেইউডি)-এর নতুন নাম হতে পারে ‘মিল্লি মুসলিম লিগ’। বিদেশমন্ত্রকের মুখপাত্র গোপাল বাঘলে বলেছেন, যে ব্যক্তির হাতে নিরীহ মানুষের রক্তের দাগ লেগে আছে, সে-ই এখন নিজেকে লুকোতে ব্যালট পেপার ব্যবহার করছেন। বিষয়টি অত্যন্ত উদ্বেগের। তিনি বলেন, হাফিজ একজন আন্তর্জাতিক সন্ত্রাসবাদী। তাই হাফিজ বা তাঁর সংগঠন যাতে সন্ত্রাসবাদী কার্যকলাপ চালাতে না পারে, তা নিশ্চিত করা পাকিস্তানের কর্তব্য।
বস্তুত, একসময়ে রাষ্ট্রসংঘের বহু নির্দেশ সত্ত্বেও হাফিজ সইদ ও তাঁর সংগঠনকে সন্ত্রাসবাদী ঘোষণা করতেই রাজি হয়নি পাকিস্তান। কিন্তু গত জানুয়ারি মাসে সন্ত্রাসবাদী ইস্যুতে পাকিস্তানের উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা চাপানোর হুমকি দেয় আমেরিকা। এরপরই হাফিজ সইদ ও তাঁর চার সহযোগীকে গৃহবন্দি করা হয়। জেহাদের নামে যে সন্ত্রাস ছড়ানোর অভিযোগেই যে হাফিজ ও তাঁর অনুগামীদের গৃহবন্দি করা হয়েছে, তাও স্বীকার করে নিয়েছে পাকিস্তানের স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রক। এই কুখ্যাত জঙ্গি নেতার মদতপুষ্ট জঙ্গি গোষ্ঠী তেহরিক-ই-আজাদ-জম্মু অ্যান্ড কাশ্মীরও নিষিদ্ধ হয়েছে
